General Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All artworks sold on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sokratev.com\/bg\/\">https:\/\/sokratev.com<\/a><\/strong> are <strong>physical, unique artworks<\/strong>, either:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pre-made original paintings, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom \/ commissioned artworks created specifically for the customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the nature of these products, <strong>returns are not accepted<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. No Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with <strong>EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011\/83\/EU)<\/strong>, the right of withdrawal does <strong>not apply<\/strong> to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Custom-made or commissioned artworks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personalized items created to the customer\u2019s specifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One-of-a-kind original artworks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once an order is placed and confirmed, it <strong>cannot be cancelled or returned<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Damaged or Defective Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your artwork arrives <strong>damaged or defective<\/strong>, please contact us within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of delivery at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udce7 <strong><a>info@sokratev.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description of the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear photos of the damage and packaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each case will be reviewed individually. If approved, we may offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A replacement (if possible), or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A refund or partial refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
