1. General Information
All artworks sold on https://sokratev.com are physical, unique artworks, either:
- Pre-made original paintings, or
- Custom / commissioned artworks created specifically for the customer
Due to the nature of these products, returns are not accepted.
2. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or commissioned artworks
- Personalized items created to the customer’s specifications
- One-of-a-kind original artworks
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage and packaging
Each case will be reviewed individually. If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement (if possible), or
- A refund or partial refund
4. Shipping Responsibility
We carefully package all artworks to ensure safe delivery.
Once the order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer unless damage occurred during transit and is properly documented.
