Techniques and styles: Acrylic and oil – differences and advantages

Choose between acrylic and oil according to your preferences:
I work with both acrylic and oil. With acrylic, I create more expressive and colorful works, while oil allows me to achieve soft transitions and radiant effects.
Keep in mind that oil paintings require significantly more drying time compared to acrylic ones, and therefore there will be a period before the painting is ready for shipping.
Each technique gives a different character, but both guarantee durability and expressiveness.

Order process:

Your idea – my mission

1. Concept and consultation:
   Share your idea, preferred style, colors, and size. We will discuss all details to create a vision that inspires you.
2. Deposit:
   After finalizing the concept, a 50% deposit is paid, which is non-refundable and guarantees the start of the work on the painting.
3. Creation:
   The creative process begins – you will receive photos of the progress so you can be part of the creation.
4. Review:
   After the painting is completed, I will send you a photo for approval and we will make corrections if necessary.
5. Final payment and delivery:
   After confirmation and final payment, the painting is prepared and shipped.

Timeframes and recommendations: When to expect your artwork

The time needed depends on complexity and size, but usually takes between 7 and 20 days. Varnishing is optional — according to your preference, the painting can be varnished or left unvarnished. For oil paintings, varnishing is recommended after complete drying (after 2–3 months). Acrylic paintings can be varnished immediately after drying, but again — the choice of whether to use varnish is entirely yours.

The painting is packed carefully to ensure its safety during transportation.
In the rare event of circumstances such as loss or damage, I provide full assistance until the situation is completely resolved.
